The best sleep position is on your back. This may not be the most comfortable position at first, although, this is the best position for keeping your back and neck- pain free. Having the correct pillow is also very important. You head and neck should not be pushed forward by a large pillow. When laying down to sleep your ears should rest at the same level as your shoulders.
