When following this program, you will notice that more supplements will be added at different stages. The purpose of starting slow is to allow the body to adapt by activating detoxification pathways. As your body begins turning on dormant pathways, we add more supplements to accelerate detoxification. This procedure ensures the highest levels of waste elimination without adverse detox reactions.
Days 1-3
Diet/Activity

What to Expect
- The start of a cleansing protocol can be challenging. You are helping your body to begin to release toxins that have been stored for an extended period. This will focus on your major detoxification organs: liver, kidneys, and colon. We will also focus on the lesser-known organs of elimination: your skin and lungs. The lungs provide purifying oxygen to your tissues while the skin can release toxins; you may notice changes in your skin during the process.
In the first few days of this program, you can expect fatigue, headaches, increased bowel movements, frequent urination, hunger, thirst, irritability, changes in mood, and skin irritation.
Days 4-6

What to Expect:
- You are increasing the number of toxins being released. You have begun burning fat by changing the way you eat. Toxins are being mobilized and eliminated due to the daily supplement regimen. - Days -9 can be the most challenging; you’re hitting the peak of your cleanse. The supplements combined with your diet are supporting the mobilization and elimination of toxins.
